The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Luxury and design property situated in Pula, a little town, gem of tourism in the southwestern part of Sardinia, which is about 30 km from Cagliari. This villa is immersed in the heart of a 600-hectare estate of lush vegetation, at the feed of the mountains of The Gutteru Mannu Park, one of the largest and most unspoiled in Europe. The sea is visible from many parts of the first floor, and particularly enchanting is the rare glimpse offered from a terrace, you will have to see to believe it.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
