Welcome to our Cape house! Amazing neighborhood & the perfect spot to explore the Cape. Located on fully recreational John's Pond with your private association beach at the end of the street. Large sandy beach, boat launch, float, playground and tennis courts - plus enjoy use of our two kayaks! Just 10 min to South Cape ocean Beach & Mashpee Commons. The house is FULLY updated with hardwoods throughout, AC's, laundry room, front deck with views, private back patio with fire pit and patio.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

John’s Pond Beach Studio

John’s Pond Beach Studio was renovated in 2023 with a new kitchen, new bathroom, fresh paint, new furniture and appliances. We are conveniently located in Mashpee with the Mashpee Commons only a 5 minute drive away along with many other stores, restaurants, activities and more. We have access to a Private beach for residents and guests that less than a minute walk from the house. John’s Pond is one of the best fresh water fishing on Cape Cod as well as many other water activities.
