This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

We had a lovely stay at Daniella's apartment! It was comfortable, well-equipped and in the heart of the city center while being within walking distance from the train station. Great for visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre!

Great Host and a very comfortable and cozy home for our visit to Lucca. Nice and quiet spot and relaxing after our days walking the beautiful city inside the walls. The apartment was as described in the ad, clean, everything worked, shower was good, beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and kitchen was fine. Great location in the centre of Levanto on a shopping street on the 2nd floor, but not noisey and all you need really close, shops, supermarket, resteraunts, railway station and beach. There are steep stairs up to the apartment, but we had no problem with them. Antonella was very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay and are already thinking of coming back. Fabulous location - right on the Main Street into Riomaggiore. You could really feel the ‘vibe’ when you opened the window. Serena was so lovely and even organised a car space for us which was very helpful. The apartment is light and airy and like everywhere in Riomaggiore the steps up to it are a killer, so just be careful.

Emilia was so friendly and kind with us!! She was checking on us all the time, making sure we were having a good time!

Antonio is very nice and approachable. A stay I'll definitely repeat.

The stay at the apartment was simply perfect, super equipped with any comfort that may come back useful to make the guest feel at home, impeccable cleanliness and Nicoletta is always available, precise in communications and super kind in making us find, upon our arrival, welcome thoughts both for us adults (Chianti wine with two glasses!!) and for our little ones . surely in the future if we decide to return to the parts of Viareggio, we will know where to go!! super recommended apartment and hosts!!!

Our group of 3 was very comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and kitchen is newly renovated and modern but we didn't use it much because there are so many restaurants nearby. Do make reservations for dinner or even for some places for lunch time. Great focacia bakery just down the street. Anna Maria also provided extra items for us that was a pleasant surprise.. The main bedroom with king-size bed was nice for us as we like a firm mattress. The elevator to the apartment was a blessing after a long day of walking! Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Guido's flat! The location couldn't be better, just a quick 5-minute walk from the train station (perfect for day trips to Cinque Terre) and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group of four. Communication with Guido was also very smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Fabrizio's place for two nights and it was just amazing. He was always available for us and even took us from the train station to the property. The apartment is great for visiting Viareggio, we were happy to use the bicycles offered and could easily explore Viareggio. The apartment left nothing to be desired!!!! Thank you!

This was such a great place to stay!! We only wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment was in an ideal location, had everything we needed. Christiana was an incredible host! I felt like I made a new friend, she was so delightful and helpful. Highly recommend, will hope to be back soon!
