Private suite holiday rentals in Massachusetts

We had a wonderful week staying at Melissa and George’s Airbnb. The place was the perfect size for our family, a great place to hang out in between activities and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was heavenly and perfect for drying wet stuff from the beach. Lots of great amenities (chairs, boogie boards, etc) to use as well for our many trips to the beach and nearby lakes. Plenty of games to choose from too. The foosball table in the basement was a nice bonus. The hosts gave helpful recommendations and there was plenty of fun things to do within a short drive. Would highly recommended this place!

Spacious, clean, easy parking, quiet, safe neighborhood. Met all of our expectations and more. Will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Roger and Margi's place. Had a huge apartment all to myself and it had everything one could need! I especially liked the lockbox so that I didn't have to worry about losing the keys. The towels were definitely better than towels at other places. Loved the outdoor shower! The bed was comfortable and everything was squeaky clean! The location was easy to find, but to get the most out of this location, you would need a car as it's not very walkable, but it was a peaceful oasis that I appreciated! People with mobility challenges would have problems accessing the unit, but it was well described ahead of time. My only negative feedback was that it would have been great to know what was expected when checking out. I left early and wasn't sure how to proceed. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!

Priscilla’s apartment is fabulous. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s in the US and Europe and this is one of the best. Everything has been thought of, particularly what one looks for when traveling: a good bed and mattress, good quality linens. Priscilla’s place really stands out; we have stayed at beautiful houses and apartments with lovely furniture. And yet, the mattresses and linens are just not up to par. The two bedrooms at Priscilla’s are wonderful. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, with blankets, as well as gorgeous duvets, and top quality sheets and towels. The other amenities are superb: a little fridge, microwave, toaster oven and toaster. Ah, I should also mention the heating system is very efficient. Priscilla is kind, caring, and fascinating to speak with. The grounds are peaceful and the location is perfect, close to Cambridge and Boston, and of course, the center of Concord. We cannot have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Priscilla! Will be back!

Exactly what we needed to visit our family in Granby!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. It’s a very homely, cosy and clean property. The beds are so comfy, we slept so well! Would highly recommend. Mary is a kind and attentive host but not intrusive. Thanks for a great stay!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to get away for a peaceful weekend alone. This was EXACTLY what we needed. The house was so clean and SO beautifully decorated. Jared and his wife thought of even the smallest details to make you feel like you were at home. From snacks and a coffee bar, all the way down to the essentials for your shower. Jared let us know about the walking trails he keeps up right behind his house, and even left a card with his information so if we got lost he could come find us 😂. The area was very quiet, but also super close to anything you’d need. We had such a relaxing time and have already decided that this is where we’ll stay the next time we need some time away! I will recommend this spot to anyone!

Sarah’s place is a VERY Salem experience. The charm of the neighborhood, the ease and walk ability of getting around, the views are what bring me back to Salem over and over, and this place had it all. The linens are luxurious. The bathroom is well appointed. But of course, the highlight for me is the entryway. I don’t think it sunk in while reading the description, how hobbit like it is. My son called it the Harry Potter door. We were in town to tour a local college, and this place made our short stint a delightful experience. I’ll have to return to experience the gardens in bloom, soon.

We had a great stay. Lynn is centrally located in MA, close to Boston and Salem. The train was close by even though we had a car.

Everything was actually how it’s shown in the pictures. It was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We were so comfortable here! Everything was as pictured and described and just so well thought out. I think I slept better here in the very comfy bed than at home. We were in town for a family emergency instead of a vacation, so it was great to have a cozy place with everything we needed to hang out during down times. That said, the location is good in terms of walkability, and we truly appreciated having a dedicated parking spot in a town where parking can be challenging. The deck would be wonderful in warmer weather, too. We felt lucky that Logan's place was available for us during a less than happy time, and it would be fun to stay here again under better circumstances to fully enjoy the visit.

I enjoyed my stay at Glenn’s Air BnB. The place clean, spotless even. The lockbox and key made for easy check in and checkout. The added hot tub and fireplace are a nice touch. The shower was on the small side, but I was able to shower without breaking anything. I’d visit again and stay at Glenn’s place. It was romantic and accommodating. I appreciate the hosts attention to detail.

We were sorry we didn’t have much time to fully enjoy this adorable place. We had late nights and early mornings but this was the perfect location for us and we’re glad it was available.

Incredible stay and phenomenal hosts! Winthrop is a beautiful neighborhood just close enough to Boston to feel a bit more secluded and calm but still a short train ride away from city exploration! The guest suite was clean and comfy. We appreciated the hot water boiler for tea in the morning and a mini fridge for food! There were tea bags, coffee, creamer, water bottles and some snacks there upon our arrival. Jez and Ken were welcoming, responsive, accommodating and personable. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. 1000% hope to stay again!

Amazing stay even though the snow cut it short. Very understanding about asking for a refund of the extra day we cut off to beat the storm.

We love staying at Dan and Nicole‘s apartment. It’s easy to walk to town. The apartment is spotless, it feels like home. The bed is comfortable, and the towels are soft. We’ve stayed here before and would stay again and again!! Terrific apartment and the nicest hosts. Can’t wait to come back!

LOCATION WAS FABULOUS!!

Peter was very open, friendly and helpful from the beginning. Whenever we had a question/concern, he replied promptly. He also gave great recommendations. I would also feel safe as a solo traveler.

Greg accommodated our last-minute change of dates and request for an early check-in and we were greeted with lovely notes of welcome throughout the suite: snacks and water! candy on the pillows! kleenex flowers! twinkly lights on the topiaries at the front door! Magazines! Games! Thoughtful touches throughout, very well-stocked in terms of toiletries and cleaning supplies. We stayed nearly three weeks and it was a very comfortable and convenient space, even though it was cold and snowy outside. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and became regulars at Boston King Coffee down the hill.

The place was perfect for a weekend stay. It was quiet, location was convenient and hosts were friendly and flexible.
