Very kind and helpful host, she picked up the kids at the station, with early check-in, and picked them up after the concert, to bring them home. Really exquisite and very kind person, as a parent I could not imagine that she was so loving and concerned for them, so much so that she went to pick them up after the concert at the stadium to take them home (there were no buses available at that time). Definitely a host to be recommended for the dedication and care she puts towards her guests. The house was also equipped with everything, spacious, cozy and very clean, as well as having food and not just for breakfast. Brava Alice, exquisite host.

Advantages and rare features to find in a vacation rental: 1)mattress so comfortable that it feels like staying at home. 2)recycling so organized as to be envious of the house. 3) perfectly clean bed linen and bath linen. 4) available host, welcoming (you will read in all the reviews of delicious tarts, abundance for breakfast and everything you need to cook at your disposal) and discreet. 5) Super organized terrace and perfect for relaxing moments after a day of sea and sun. So recommended for the strategic location, recommended for what the apartment offers (independent access/Wi-Fi/air conditioning/living spaces/ washing machine/privacy). Bravo Simone!

A spacious home in a quiet area with a beautiful view from the terrace. Very comfortable home. One of the bedrooms a bit small. Mosquito nets in every window. Very clean. Quite a steep driveway to the property, but there is also an option to park below and walk.

What made me the most about this place was the responsiveness and kindness of the hosts. There were 2-3 things missing in the apartment and they always folded out to quickly bring a solution. The accommodation is convenient for those who have a car, even if the center of Ancona is 20 minutes away by bus. There's a supermarket and a pharmacy right next door. It is located in a residential and quiet area, so there is no restaurant or other activity in direct proximity. Everything was clean, the bedding was rather comfortable, convenient to spend a few days.
