Monthly Rentals in Matabiau, Toulouse

I really liked this Studio, its table on the balcony and even the birds who live in the trees in front – and who love to sing or "play" during the day. The space is ideal for one or two people who want to leave all day and return to rest; or who need to stay inside the apartment at work. It has everything it takes to cook, wash clothes and rest – just the TV that didn't work, but I believe it was some cable that fell and I couldn't fix it. The place is close to the metro and great for walking. Nearly every day there is a fair nearby, with delicious products and in a few minutes you arrive in Primark (rs) or Capitole. I recommend it!

Tarik is a very responsive host, super accommodating and very professional, the environment is within walking distance, 10 min from the train station and the city center, the apartment is really nice, very pleasant and beautiful, it feels like home. I highly recommend Tarik's accommodation! I would stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely apartment for a long weekend in Toulouse with a friend. So much bigger than it looked in the photos. Super comfy beds and room was really dark at night (once we found the shutters on the outside of the windows!!) would recommend earplugs as you can hear upstairs playing the piano quite often (although we enjoyed this!) great communication from the host throughout who answered our queries quickly. Perfect location as well with easy walking distance to a great selection of bars and restaurants.

Host was extremely helpful letting us check in early! Air BnB was just as described and what we were looking for!
