la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

The apartment, better than described. It is two kilometers from the center of the village, but it is well worth it, because it is facing the sea. The kitchen is spacious and very complete. Good communal pool and access to the sea by a few stairs.

The truth, the apartment has been a thousand times better than what you see in the photos, the hostess leaves you quite a few useful for the day to day, towels, blankets and all the comforts... Due to the blackout suffered in Spain this Monday, in principle my partner and I would go back to Madrid on Tuesday, however, the train was canceled and Rosa, the hostess had a lot of understanding and let us stay one more night and without paying anything extra... I don't know what we would have done but. In conclusion, it was one of the best places we have been to spend a couple of days and disconnect, the area is very quiet and we had a great time, if I go back to Almeria, I would definitely repeat it on the airbnb itself. Regards!!

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

A dreamy stay that I would recommend to everyone. My partner and I were looking for a place to disconnect and this house has exceeded expectations. It has beautiful ocean views and at night you can admire the starry sky away from the chaos of the city. It is equipped with everything you need and the cleanliness is excellent. In case of need, the village is a few minutes away in car. Mario and María José were very attentive and available. Would recommend without hesitation

❤️ This beautiful apartment has totally surpassed all previous apartments ( for the past 20 years). Super balcony with unmatched views of the sea and the Sierra Nevada. Great decor, very modern with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, all brand new and partly smart. Great bathrooms with showers and everything you need. The bedroom with sea view, great mattress, slept very, very well there. Marta is second to none, little message and she responds within minutes. We are absolutely thrilled, can only recommend this apartment. 10 stars if you can. Thanks again to Marta We will rent this apartment again and again

The stay was a 10. We were a group of 7 friends who decided to celebrate New Year's Eve together for another year, and we found this house by chance. The published photos and the area where it is located captivated us and we decided to visit it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Maria, who adapted to our schedule as we arrived (we had to eat on the way and change the arrival time). They didn't give us any trouble. When we got there, the house does not do justice to the photos published, the interior, the decoration, the views... the sunsets captivate you for a few minutes, and the entire outdoor area is adapted to enjoy both the porch area and the outdoor table. Inside, everything is very well adapted and clean. They offered us basics like coffee, salt, ice and water at no extra cost. In short, a very cozy and recommended house. It is essential to visit the Cabo de Gata area and its surroundings, leaving time to enjoy the sunsets.

Everything was great :-) very communicative and friendly. It responds very quickly. The area is 10 and the accommodation is small but for us well, in front of the promenade and the pool is the best. Very large , very nice urbanization and very quiet to go with the family.

We had an excellent experience at Mario's home. The house has down to the last detail and is literally on the beach. It's beautiful to get up and listen to the waves. We went with my parents and my 8 month old baby and Mario brought everything I needed to make my baby perfect, brought a high chair and crib. We didn't miss a thing! Mario is pending in case you have any questions or problems. You can ensure a great stay in this place. We'll be back in the future.

Spotless, great location, early check in, a cot set up for my baby (with a baby toy bought for him) comfortable beds, great air con, a 5 star stay. I will stay again - perfect !

My stay at the place was really nice. From the first moment, I was surprised by the comfort of the room and the attention, always friendly and willing to help. What I enjoyed most was the breathtaking ocean views. The cleanliness was impeccable and the facilities were perfectly taken care of. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

The apartment is so well appointed and super clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is absolutely magnificent for breakfasts, dinners and star gazing. The location is so close to the beach and restaurants, bars etc with a mini supermarket across the road. We had a great stay in San Jose and loved the relaxed beach vibes, lovely eateries and cute Spanish square. We spent some of our days just hanging out and mooching about on the beaches and in the town. But it is so worth a very short drive to the beaches Genoveses and Monsul, they are spectacular and so picturesque. The coves nearby are perfect for snorkelling too and you can walk/hike to beaches very easily from the apartment. It’s just a beautiful, off the beaten track spot and we would happily take our family there again. Perfect for young kids, so much adventuring to do that’s very accessible. It is a very well equipped house, with everything you need to spend a few very comfortable days. A short walk to the beach, with two very nice pools next door as well. The area has plastic greenhouses nearby but it's pretty good, in fact, that's why it's less crowded than other areas.
