Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Matera

This was such a luxury. This cave house was just as described. It was the best shower, the best sleep, the best comfort I have had in my long tour of Italy. Daniella, the host, was so responsive and accomodating, making sure we had everything we needed. I'd recommend this space to anyone I know. If we are fortunate enough to visit this magical city again, this is the home I would choose.

Excellent. We were received with all availability. The house is stupendous, with all the conditions and a fabulous view.

Small apartment with everything you need for a couple of days. Ideal for a couple or friends. We loved the terrace. Best view in the city. We enjoyed our evenings there very much. The place is really easy to find and you are 10 minutes of walking to most of the attractions or restaurants.

Nice to stay in the middle of Matera, you can easily walk to all the sights. It is a spacious beautiful accommodation.

Giovanna's place is in a fantastic location in easy walking of all of the major sights and the parking station. It has plenty of room for the two people and is close to restaurants and shops. Check in and out was straightforward. The apartment is very interesting as well as practical.

Nice and clean apartment, quiet and very close to the stones. It's like the pictures. We did not meet Alessandro personally but in addition to having always responded immediately via message, he called us as soon as we arrived and provided us with both the contact of a guide and useful information about restaurants and more. Highly recommended!!! If I had to go back to Matera, I would go back right away

Absolutely fabulous location and lovely place to stay ! We were completely wowed by Matera in general and the location and views were incredible . Loved our stay and wished could stay longer …have made a promise to myself I will go back ! The apartment was truely beautiful and we appreciated the little touches of yoghurt cake and juice which we had on the balcony for breakfast before we left. Many Thanks !

I loved staying at this place. The place is decorated and has incredible furniture (I love the atmosphere that all the lamps give), it denotes that the details have been taken care of. Patrizia perfectly indicated me how to get there and although you have to go down some stairs, you soon realize that there are few for the standard of Matera. The view it has is unparalleled and the ease with which you can reach the different points of the historic city makes it easy for me to get to know Matera in depth. There were a lot of things to be able to have breakfast or have a snack, which is very much appreciated. Patrizia's space contributed greatly to how much Matera enjoyed

We spent 4 days in this great apartment. It went very well. The apartment is very well decorated and very functional. We had a great welcome and had some great tips about the area. We recommend this listing and if we come back to the area we will go back without problem.

Angelo's house is really beautiful: cozy, attention to detail and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a long and relaxing stay. Each room is designed to make guests feel at home. The terrace is one of the highlights of the house, spacious and perfect for enjoying quiet moments or an alfresco dinner. The directions provided by Angelo were clear and accurate, which made the arrival simple and without any difficulty. It was a very positive experience, which I would definitely recommend to others.

a magnificent historic property fully modernized. immediate parking. perfectly centered and walkable everywhere, pharmacy, dentist, city hall and of course the Patisseries and fabulous restaurants. Fabi is a gracious and responsive host. I'll be back for certain.

Very well located apartment close to the city center without being in the tourist center. we were able to park without problem on the street. we were like at home..with two bathrooms, luxury!

Great place close to tourist spots and no need to use a car. Accommodating host and very responsive to our questions. Nice welcome on arrival. Very well appointed with quality fittings and furnishings. Beds were comfortable and great cooking facilities. You are a super host Nino.

The 1er Grand Cru of airbnb. In Te Reo Maori has a word to describe care and hospitality, being manaakitanga. Pasquale has this with a strong commitment to his craft of hosting. He spent time orienting us with the area and provided a generous selection of local delicacies. An unobtrusive host with a meticulously appointed property. Good morning I stayed in this apartment recently. Very clean house, helpful and kind owners made me feel at home, even in the village and the people at the entrance in the guardhouse were helpful and friendly. In the evening by the pool they always organized something. I would say that if it weren't for the fact that my car broke down and this year the shuttle service didn't leave from the village, they would have been perfect. Simona
