Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. This small typical apulian house, newly renovated, is located in the heart of the old town of Matino, close to the Palazzo Marchesale, just a short walk from Piazza S. Giorgio and the church. Matino is a really authentic and characteristic village and is just a few kms from Gallipoli and some of the most beautiful beaches in Salento (Punta della Suina, Punta Pizzo, Baia Verde….). There are several shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bar and free parking spots within close walking distance.
