It is the building where SampaSky is located, and it is possible to walk to the main attractions of the center. It has air conditioning, a 55-inch TV with apps, a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, a cooktop (1 burner), a microwave and a minibar.

The entire house is prepared for home office, with wifi throughout the residence.
