The house exceeded my expectations: clean and equipped. The rooms are comfortable... The location is good, close to the beach and local shops. The caretakers were extremely friendly and always available to help. I certainly recommend it and would come back more often!

Wonderful weekend! Impeccable house, with good location, clean, organized and all new. Ventilador in all the rooms, well organized barbecue with all the necessary utensils both in the house and on the barbecue. Large pool, catching sun at all times, making it the same with the pleasant temperature all day. The Host gave us the will at all times and was helpful whenever requested, check in and check out without any problems. If we have a chance, we will be back for sure.

What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

i stayed with my family, including an elderly woman of 88 years, at Easter 2025, everything went well, great space, we hunted eggs, barbecue, pizzas, watch movies on the paid channels available on the TV of the house, detail for the sound of the tv with soundbar (top), in short, the kitchen has useful utensils, has dining table in the house and on the balcony which facilitates mto to make meals inside the house if it is cold, all the comforts have doors that overlook the pool /leisure area, so we have a beautiful view all day, the pool is large and clean, my son loved the playground and the saguies that are in the trees, the very airy rooms, the bathrooms are large and the solitary and friendly houseboats. We love the stay, it was perfect to gather the family, talk and have great laughs. Ah, the location is perfect, on the edge of the asphaltada lane already has the entrance. We indicate the place.

I had a wonderful stay! The place is cozy, peaceful and perfect for relaxing. I was very happy to accept my medium-sized pets, something rare to find. The place is very easy to access and Clélia gave us information that made it even easier to get there without error. The accommodation is very good, all very clean and preserved. The kitchen is complete and features two refrigerators and a freezer to store drinks and cool faster. Good barbecue and a great barbecue with the family. The Studio was clean, organized, with everything we needed for the moment. Two-person utensils, covered, the appliances working perfectly. We just don't like the towels very much, they're very worn out, but otherwise our stay was great, quiet environment, quiet neighborhood, seemingly safe, we'll be back whenever we need it.

Fernanda's space is very cozy and comfortable, with everything that is necessary for a great stay in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. She welcomed us very well and even left some cute little toys for my daughter to play with! We felt at home and when we need to stay in this region of SP again we will stay there. Our stay was excellent. The house is beautiful and clean, with all the utensils we need. A super attentive Rosângela and you have all your doubts. The place is also very quiet. Air-conditioned rooms with a double bed, all of them were very comfortable. The house and foot in the sand, left the gate is already on the beach. The tbm location is otima, has a market and bakery nearby. We love it and we are definitely going back.

What an amazing experience we had at Regina's place! It was our first time using Airbnb, and after staying with Regina, we are looking forward to always choosing this type of accommodation from now on. The apartment was spotless, with very tasteful decor, full of pampering. It had everything we needed, including utensils to prepare any meal we wanted. On the corner, there was a very accessible supermarket, where we found everything, chopped fruits, breads, dishes and ready-made meats. The location allowed us to explore all the neighboring cities we wanted to visit. We left with renewed energy to work harder and be able to enjoy this experience again in the future. In addition, the condominium offered excellent amenities, such as a sauna, fitness center and indoor and outdoor pool, all very well maintained and clean. Even on rainy days, we were able to make the most of it. If you're in doubt, choose this AP, I guarantee you won't regret it.

I loved staying at Sandra's farm, we enjoyed all the spaces very much, the place is very quiet, total privacy, the house has everything you need to be well accommodated, we cooked, we had a barbecue, we played pool and foosball. The pool was clean, beautiful and Wonderful. I highly recommend Sandra's farm, the only observation is that the farm's street has a climb that is really steep and needs attention when climbing, the car can slip!!!
