Available from May 1 to September 30/year. This holiday home is located in Lascazères, on the edge of Gers, Pyrénées Occidentales near the Basque Country, in Madiran-ais. After a hike or cultural visits to the surroundings (Cirque de Gavarnie, Pont d'Espagne, Pyrenees passes and lakes or the International Jazz Festival in Marciac, wine route) you can relax on the terrace facing the garden, quietly, in the heart of the countryside.

Gîte du levant

Aux pied des Pyrénées, aux portes de Tarbes dans un village paisible sur la route de Bordeaux. Joli appartement T1 cosy tout confort prêt à vous recevoir. Vous diposerez d'un jardinet et d'un parking privatif fermé. Boulangerie à 100m et tous commerces à 5km. Parc du plech a 300m avec jeux pour enfants. Prêt de vélos pour aller faire une ballade. Linge de maison (draps, serviettes,...) fourni et ménage inclus.

Parfaitement situé offre un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités. Je viens d'emménager sur Tarbes dans un T3, logement près de Lourdes (25 minutes en voiture). Je souhaite le mettre en location pour des vacanciers pendant 3 mois. Je précise que logement à deux chambres mais j'en garde une pour mes affaires et le reste du logement est pour les voyageurs. Mon logement, ne possède pas de canapé .
