Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Maui County

The best!!! We wanted a private home with lush surroundings and that's exactly what we got. House was exactly as it was listed and was perfect for our needs. Could not be at the location, close to Wailea beaches or Kihei shops/restaurants. Def will stay there again!!

The location was good for us with easy access to the beach and other island sites. House is well stocked with kitchen accessories, beach going toys, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Owners were responsive and communicated well. House was spacious and met our needs.

Peter was very interactive with us right from the beginning of booking. He made sure we had everything we needed. Very personable and met with us upon arrival and departure. Checked on us during our stay, but was not intrusive. His local instruction book was very thorough, even pointing out the proper landmarks we need to follow. For those that are looking for adventure and exploring the island via hiking or other sports, and wish to be away from big resorts, this place is perfect. Nice quiet garden setting. Can see the stars at night without resort lights. Very comfortable and cozy bungalow. I am definitely gonna stay here again someday. Peter is a great host.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. We appreciated the private patio space. This home is in a convenient location for easy walking to restaurants and shops in central Paia. It was hard to leave!

Staying in Haiku on the north shore of Maui was a totally different Maui experience than Kihei or Wailea. The hill country was peaceful, lush, green, and occasional rain shower made it all the more beautiful. Dave and Natalie were great hosts and had everything we needed for a family of 5 to have a relaxing time. The wrap around porch was a favorite hang out spot for the family during down time and meals. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The space was beautiful, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach—which was a huge plus. We really appreciated that the home had everything we needed, from the kitchen to beach umbrellas, chairs, and more. The community was peaceful and welcoming, and parking was super convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we were able to relax, connect, and make beautiful family memories. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Had a great 1 night stay here. Slept 6 comfortably and was an easy walk into town. No complaints!!

The house was lovely, well-equipped and in a good location. Ashley was friendly and accommodating, handling a few last-minute requests without any issues. However, there were several cleanliness and maintenance concerns that impacted our stay. Some of the bedding had stains and hairs. There were noticeable dust in multiple areas. The dishwasher was off-limits and not available as an amenity, which was inconvenient. Upon arrival, some dishes and glasses were not properly cleaned. However, the washer and dryer were a big plus. I do recommend Ashley’s home as it’s a lovely place and it served my family well on our trip to Maui. I

The first morning we sat out on lanai and we're able to spot some whales. Beautiful view of ocean and quiet kid friendly beach right next door. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms exactly as pictured. Had all we'd need to stay. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries as they provide hotel size 2 in 1 for hair and no body wash just bars of soap. the beach towels, beach sand toys, and beach chairs we super nice to have that they have out on lanai. it was very clean and comfortable and a great central location to many food places, fruit markets and beaches. I recommend getting fruit shave from Gus's and Ulalanis shave ice. Also malasadas (donuts) fresh were divine. found them at food trucks and the shops at wailea the grocery market there. such a memorable trip as a family! thank you for letting us make your place our home for the week. So happy we found this cozy spot, with direct access to the beach, and central to a lot around the island. The welcome gift and local tips on where to eat, what to see, and things to do were thoughtful touches. We were thankful the unit supplies beach chairs and towels, and it was awesome having a gauge in the shower to control the water temperature. We also loved meeting the local kitties near the property. The building community seemed very friendly and chill - would definitely stay there again!

John was very proactive in communicating with us and it made the check-in/check-out process seamless. We booked the condo for its location given that we were planning to do day trips for the last few days of our vacation after spending the first half at a resort. It did not disappoint. Very convenient location, the kids enjoyed the pool, and everyone at the condos were very friendly.

Clean & Simple! Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location could not be any better, perfect walking distance from Kihei night life and multiple beach fronts to choose from!

Amy’s place was amazing! I wish we had time to use all of the amenities included, but it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Definitely will keep this place in mind to book for future trips!

Had a wonderful few days in Maui and Brooke’s apartment was a great place to stay! Such a central location, and easy to find, with local shops and stalls, places to eat (the food trucks right behind were a perk!) and a stunning view across to the beach to enjoy, especially the sunsets - beautiful! Everything was within walking distance, however having a car to explore the island more was essential and parking was super easy! Brooke was really helpful and responsive to messages and the apartment is tidy with everything you need :)

Very convenient and comfortable, well-appointed. The condo is on the shady side of the complex, which might be an important advantage in the summer months; it was not an issue now, although it was hard to find a sunny space to dry shoes. The general aspect was very pleasant, with very easy access to the beach, which is gently sloped and has calm waves. Easy highway access to drive to other places. The ceiling fans keep the rooms feeling cool; we were always comfortable. The (patio? lanai?) outside the living room was an extremely pleasant place to sit. The instructions warned about ants, but we saw none. Possibly the season, or the fact that we didn't cook much. The one thing I could have wished for was some specification in the description about the hardness of the mattresses. Preferences on this vary; we prefer very firm mattresses and these were somewhat soft, which caused problems for my wife's back.

Wow. How do I even start. First off, Pam was very flexible with our late check-in time. She greeted us and showed us around, gave us a little tour and explained some beautiful Maui history to get us started! Oh before our stay, Pam gave us wonderful recommendations to places to eat etc prior to our arrival! Pam was very clear on she is only one text/call away, she made sure we had all the information and everything we need before we head up to the Haleakala NP the next morning! Pam had a little surprise for us which are the winter coats for the sunrise!! How amazing and thoughtful is this host! And her generosity of literally letting us use all the amenities in her properties such as the hot tub! The only regret I have is I didn’t have more days in this wonderful home of hers! Will definitely come back in a heartbeat. Wish I can give Pam a 10 star review!!

What a great location! Karen’s condo was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable beds. We loved it so much we booked for next year. It is like a 4 minute walk to beach, she had beach chairs, toys and umbrella. There is a convenient outside shower in lower parking lot to wash off sand. We saw lots of whales breaching or tail slapping from beach, even a giant sea turtle would come sun itself. If you are planning on staying here, we found directions to actual condo confusing. We were hauling luggage and golf clubs up and down stairs. The easiest way to get to unit if you park in upper lot bring your luggage DOWN to The road to main entrance there is one set of steps to go down to unit.

Great place - will stay again. Complex is nice, quiet and very cleaen. BBQs, small pool. Parking is easy. Walk across to beach and sunset :)

Excellent Airbnb location to what we were looking for. Even had beach accessories that came in handy. Place had AC in each room which was nice as well.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Place was so clean, convenient location in the building and easy in and out access to explore the surrounding areas. We felt right at home. Loved the balcony views. Washer and dryer are big and nice, perfect for us between stops on different islands. Kelly was super nice, communicative and responsive! Would absolutely come back.

We had a great stay at Kihei Bay Surf. We were right across the street from the beach, but when it got too windy, we also had pool access which was very nice. The road was a bit busy, but ultimately not too bad. For those guests that like to cook from their stays (like we do) we found the kitchen well equipped, though you may want to plan ahead regarding seasonings and condiments, etc. There are also a lot of great restaurants nearby (Karen's recommendations were all excellent!) Thanks!

The owners were so welcoming and proactive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. They had some uncontrollable maintenance issue arise that they handled immediately and it did not disrupt our trip at all. The building and amenities were perfect. Our son loved exploring the beach and chasing crabs. Our daughter spent the evenings in the pool after our daytime adventures. We will be back and are so grateful to have experienced this slice of paradise.

This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Maui. All the positive reviews are right on point so I won't repeat them and Dan is an awesome wonderful host. The location is perfect close to everything and this was probably the best-stocked Airbnb with everything you need to feel at home. We can't wait to return.

Su made everything an easy and smooth stay. Location is fantastic! We had everything we needed, including beach and pool equipment. Everything was organized and very clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for just the right place in Kehei.
