Beautiful and unique property. Quiet and nicely tucked away but downtown accessible

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft apartment in Greenville, SC! The space was quiet, clean, and just minutes from downtown, making it super convenient to explore all the shops, restaurants, and activities nearby. Our host was incredibly responsive and proactive, providing clear instructions that made everything easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great apartment just north of downtown Greenville. Placed in the Stone Avenue corridor with walkable restaurants. Walkable to downtown too.

We enjoyed our stay at the mint house. This was a perfect spot to visit our family. We never used our car as everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area with comfortable seating and the patio area off the living was a quiet spot to enjoy coffee and read.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had one concern early on in our stay and James went above and beyond in resolving it. He was very responsive to any of our inquiries. Excellent location, we had a great time.

We booked Greg and Lisa's place because it was very near to family we were visiting at Christmas. And, even though it was right in the middle of the busiest Holiday season Greg and Lisa were very responsive with any request or questions we had. We were quite pleasantly surprised to see the kitchen is more well equipped than how it appears in the photos. There is a new 2 burner induction cooktop as well as a small countertop oven. We were eating with family elsewhere, but I feel I could have prepared a full meal in the kitchen if I had needed or wanted to. We also appreciated how comfy the big sectional sofa was. It was perfect for cuddling and watching a movie with our daughter whom we hadn't seen for a long time. Thanks Greg and Lisa! We will probably be back!

My now husband and I rented this place for us and our wedding party to stay at for our wedding weekend. The house was beautiful and the hosts were very kind. The billiards room was especially fun for our group, and the back deck was a perfect hang out spot. I was very happy that the neighborhood felt safe.

Every once in a while, you hit the jackpot!!! This adorable house was a perfect girl’s weekend getaway! Beautifully decorated, lots of space for all of us & everything we needed! We were even welcomed with a sweet note & a basket of goodies! Often, good pictures can be posted that really don’t represent the space! Not the case here!!! This house is like new; up to date & well-equipped kitchens (main & bottom level), modern bathrooms with plenty of towels, comfy beds, plush carpeted floors in the bedrooms; so many special touches! There is a game & toy closet, & televisions in living areas as well as bedrooms. There is even a well-equipped work out room downstairs! On a huge lot, the house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood & not far from downtown Greenville, Travelers Rest, and nice restaurants & shops in Taylors! Jenny is quick to respond, kind and thoughtful, the perfect host!! It was such a fun weekend & we’re already talking about our next stay at the Out of Towner!!

One of THE best AirBnbs! The owners anticipated and provided above and beyond what was needed. The kitchen is well stocked with the best items to make the stay feel like home! We loved the gas stove and cooking pans! There was an above and beyond level of attention to detail for the little things that make a BIG difference! The back porch and hot tub were a dream. We would 10/10 stay there again.

We stayed at this Airbnb for a week and it was absolutely perfect! Exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed to cook meals, relax, and enjoy our week-long get away. Our dog absolutely loved the fenced in yard. Matt and Carley were very quick to respond to any questions and were super friendly! Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Greenville area!

Our stay was just for the night but the home was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I would definately stay again.

Nalani was a wonderful host; very responsive, gracious and helpful. The house is large and easily accommodated our party (extended family) of 10. The large and well-stocked kitchen was great for preparing our Thanksgiving meal, and the big living room and projection TV were great for watching movies and sports. As noted in the listing, this is their personal home, and definitely felt "lived in". It was very clean, if a bit cluttered here and there (refrigerators, freezers, drawers, closets, etc.) A little bit different perhaps than your typical Airbnb space, but absolutely as advertised. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, close to grocery stores, etc., and about a 30 minute drive to Greenville, SC. Overall it was a great experience.
