Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

LANTA - Room with independent access in villa.

In a recent villa, this 13 m2 room will offer you a view of the Pyrenees in clear weather! It has air conditioning, and a Wifi connection. 5 min walk from the centre of the village; 25 km from Toulouse and 4 km from the Domaine de Ronsac in which many weddings and events are celebrated. Private access via the terrace. Independent access to the bedroom is from the terrace. Breakfast is not included but a coffee maker with coffee and tea is at your disposal in the room.

Located 5 kms from Domaine de Ronsac, specializing in weddings. Accommodation for 2 adults or 3 if requested (baby or child up to 10 years old).

La Métairie

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in an unspoiled and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This Lauragaise mansion, steeped in history and recently renovated, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor spaces.

Located 25 minutes from Toulouse in the heart of a village in Lauragais, the Greenwood suite opens the doors to its chic, cozy and natural universe, incorporating a private spa bath. In the annex of a village house and fully equipped, you will be immersed in a decoration favoring natural materials such as wood, metal and glass. You will have the privilege of being able to relax in complete serenity in a space dedicated to well-being.

Nice Three Rooms in the Heart of Lauragais The apartment is located in Caraman, a village in the heart of Lauragais. The three-room apartment offers a peaceful and comfortable setting for your stay. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, greengrocer, bank, and supermarket)... It is located 28 minutes from Balma Gramont metro station, terminus of line A of the Toulouse metro, 1 hour from the cities of Albi and Carcassonne.

Hospitality first! I like to receive and welcome travelers, exchange, share, communicate with them and share my knowledge of Toulouse: the narrow streets, the small squares, the banks of the Garonne, the Canal du Midi… I can help you find your way around. I will do everything to make you feel at home in my apartment: it is bright and very quiet. (Please note: the kitchen is not equipped with a microwave oven).

Local shops (150 m): grocery store, goat cheese shop, pharmacy, tobacco-restaurant, hairdresser, medical center, cinema... Walking paths. 15 min Cité de l'Espace, 10 min Labège Innopole, 10 min Toulouse East bypass.
