The 2 bedrooms, one of which is upstairs, are furnished with a king-size bed that can be adjusted as required, and each has its own private shower room.

Located in Mauzac, in the Périgord Pourpre, close to the Dordogne river (dinghy, paddle and canoe rental), and ideal for discovering the picturesque villages: La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Sarlat, a sublime region renowned for its terroir (foie gras, walnuts, wines).

You are in the front row to observe the fauna: deer, deer, hares... 6 x 12 swimming pool shared with a second cottage on the estate. In winter: truffle hunting with our dog.

My place is close to the historic center of Sarlat. You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped. Panoramic view of the countryside. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The pool is heated from May to September.
