Mon Petit Domaine: a family and friendly atmosphere in an exceptional place. You are in the front row to observe the fauna: deer, deer, hares... 6 x 12 swimming pool shared with a second cottage on the estate. Many amenities and activities possible: badminton court, petanque court, fishing, swing, sandpit, animal care, vegetable garden... End of August: the deer rut under your window! My place is close to the historic center of Sarlat. You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped. Panoramic view of the countryside. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The pool is heated from May to September.

Outside there is a covered veranda with barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautiful garden with a playground, a private swimming pool and a hottub.
