Nice private studio of 20 m2 with balcony, refurbished on the 3rd floor in an old building that has retained its authenticity. In the heart of Evian's old town, 2 minutes from shops and the Source Cachat, 5 minutes from the pier and thermal baths. Equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), 1.60 m bed, closets, TV and Wi-Fi, breakfast area, coffee machine, bathroom/toilet with towel dryer and hair dryer.
