This clean, simple studio was the perfect budget option for our stay in Rincon. Access is easy. The host is responsive. The space is clean. Everything is thoughtfully organized and informatively labeled. Blackout curtains enabled us to sleep in a bit. However, once opened, the room was bright. Internet was fast and the Ms. Pacman game was a playful touch. Less than 10 minutes to the Thursday Art Walk and tasty restaurants of downtown as well as the beaches of Rincon. We will definitely be staying there again.

The stay was very pleasant , the place is central , everything was clean and organized , every time I had a doubt I always responded in time !! I would go back to the same place Thanks for everything.

Brian was a wonderful host, very quick and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, private and quiet. The pool was amazing along with the giant deck. We also made friends with the neighbors dog, Gidget. She likes steak and chicken and to hunt the iguanas. Maybe you’ll get lucky and she’ll pay you a visit!

If I return to Cabo Rojo I definitely stay with Valco Apartment, excellent communication excellent location in addition to what I was in the days when there was a blackout in Puerto Rico and thanks to them having plaques I didn't really need a 100 of 10.

Great place to stay with extended family. The private pool and patio for the building were amazing! Being close to hotel was another bonus. 1/2 mile to town so walkable. Apartment P4 has the best access to pool.

Our stay at West Coast Mountain View was perfect. We stayed there to celebrate our daughter’s fifteen birthday. The house was super spacious, pretty, clean and comfortable. We all slept like a dream, because the beds were so comfy and the girls loved the avocado room. Loved the homey vibe, made us feel super welcome and cozy. The living room was so fun. There we watched movies, and YT videos. The pool is great, pretty big with party lights. Loved the huge balcony and the spectacular views. We really appreciated the host attendance towards us. He always made sure we were okay, and in case we needed anything he was willing to help with open arms. Truly, this was an awesome stay, in which I’m sure everybody had a great time. P.S. The girls loved the lights in the rooms and in the pool.

We loved our stay. The casa was cleaned daily, beautiful outdoor space, tons of room inside. We loved the bar and restaurant space on the beach, gorgeous views of the sunset. You get your own spacious private residence, with the perks of staying at a hotel.

Excellent place to spend the weekend with friends and family. The pool and outdoor space is amazing and location is very good. Everything inside the house was like brand new and the decoration was very nice! Communication with the host was excellent! I would stay here again!
