Beautiful cozy house, close to all amenities

House renovated in 2019, with the wish to make it pleasant and cozy, with living room on the ground floor. Accommodates 4/5 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven and as well as a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom area (separate shower and bathtub) and a double sofa bed on the ground floor. Located in a quiet area and close to the city center and all amenities.

Le Petit Gîte dans notre Jardin à Bonchamp (53) is an adjoining part of our house with its own entrance. Our accommodation is for 2 people maximum. We are equipped with a charging station for electric cars (not compatible with Tesla). Private sauna and jacuzzi as well as a 2-seater bathtub. The spa is accessible from 9am to 9.30 pm.
