In about half an hour to the historic center of Palermo you can admire the monuments, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Norman, Baroque, Liberty style and explore the colorful popular markets and enjoy the exquisite Sicilian cuisine.

The recently renovated flat is located in the centre of Calatafimi Segesta and overlooks the main square, an area with bars (there is one right below the property where you can have breakfast, which is included in the price), restaurants and supermarkets. It is located 5 km from the Temple of Segesta and 15 km from the beaches of Castellammare del Golfo and Lo Zingaro. The beautiful salt pans of Marsala and the town of Erice can be reached in 45 km. Palermo and Trapani airports are approximately 35 km away.

The room with private bathroom is located inside an elegant, recently renovated apartment with a separate entrance. Inside the room you will find everything you need for breakfast. The room is equipped with all amenities, a balcony facing the main facade, Wi-Fi, a 32-inch LED TV, a minibar, a coffee machine with capsules, an electric kettle, a bed with slats and a memory mattress and pillows, and a large shower. The room is completely independent from the rest of the apartment.

You can easily reach the cableway to Erice and the harbor to embark towards the Egadi islands, accessible by public transport but I will also be happy to drive you. Breakfast, baked by me, is included. The neighborhood offers every kind of service: supermarket, bar, bakery, newsstand, etc.

I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.
