Our flat is located in the historic center, on the first floor of a noble building dating back to the end of 1700 completely renovated. Overlooking the Ballarò market, icon of the Sicilian popular tradition and Palermo street food, it offers visitors a glimpse of the soul of Palermo and the festive and friendly spirit of its inhabitants. The great location is ideal for getting around on foot in complete autonomy, and conveniently allows you to reach the main historical monuments around the city.

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.

The bright property is located in a central position within the Arab-Norman route, a stone's throw from Quattro Canti square and Ballarò market. It's a little green tropical spot at the third floor ( 52 steps) in the historical center with an intimate and quiet terrace with a view of the domes and roofs of the city. It's equipped with all comforts (wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, small appliances, linen) and it can welcome couples, friends and families with children.
