Owner's residence on site gives you the peace of mind of that you will have everything you need during your stay.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Cozy Riverfront House - 15 minutes from VT

BRAND NEW INTERIOR. This fully renovated and updated riverfront home is perfect for a family get away/girl's weekend/guy's fishing trip! There are two bedrooms- one queen bed, a full and a twin. This home includes one full bath, a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, and an indoor fire pit. Sit outside around the fire pit and enjoy beautiful views of the New River while only being 15 minutes from Blacksburg and Virginia Tech. Dogs welcome. No smoking!

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). The cottage is 100 feet from the New River and 50 feet from the N&W railroad, with the train running close by.
