You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We live locally so can meet guests on arrival and be available for any questions or to provide information about local amenities. The apartment is located in the Abbeyhill area of Edinburgh. It's a 10-minute walk to Holyrood Palace, a great selection of independent cafes, bars, bakeries, and good public transport to other parts of the city. The apartment is exactly one mile from Waverley Train Station which is a lovely 15/20min walk or 5mins in a taxi ride. Edinburgh Airport is located outwith the city, this is either a 30/40mins taxi ride (£20-25), or an airport bus or the tram and then a 15/20mins walk (or a second bus/taxi). Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Welcome to my one bedroom flat! It is in Edinburgh’s Meadowbank area, only 20 minutes walk from the city centre or 10 minutes by bus. The whole flat will be yours when you stay here. It sleeps 3 people – there is a double bed in the bedroom and also a large couch in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a powerful shower. You will have access to my library of books, fast broadband Wifi, TV with Netflix + Amazon Prime and a Gooogle home with Spotify.

Located just 15-20 mins walk to Holyrood Palace and the foot of the Royal Mile and Edinburgh's Old Town and right next to Queens Park, and the volcanic peak of Arthur's seat. This artists flat is a little rough around the edges and rustic in nature but it's a special place that's spacious, bright and peaceful, despite being close to town. You’ll love our large shared garden , the cozy living room and the close proximity to the royal park and volcano in the front garden! great for dogs!
