A short walk uphill 2 outdoor hot water on demand private shower & toilet. Well water from sink & spiquot drinkable. No firewood can come in b/c of invasive species so we sell bundles on porch. Welcome to Bitty Bot, our Greek Revival tiny house. This structure was built in part by Hammerstone: Carpentry for Women classes, and finished by our women owned contracting crew. This micro sized tiny house is the perfect way to find out if tiny living is a good fit for you. Plenty of light and beautiful detailing, along with views of the neighboring farm make this tiny space feel warmly welcoming! Enjoy a rural getaway with chickens and a cider orchard. Relax in the circular comfort of the yurt nestled on the edge of woods & farm. 1/4 mile off the main road, enjoy quiet & convenient access to wineries, food, lakes & waterfalls. The yurt is clean, comfortable, and authentically rustic. Ample space and high-speed internet allow for working remotely or relaxing. Outside, enjoy the gardens, sip local wine on the deck as the sun sets, stargaze, nap in the hammock, or cozy up by the warmth of an evening bonfire, or the friendly farm dog.

Forest Glamping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided.
