we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Bootshaus Fehmarn

You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our vacation home BOOTSHAUS is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

Haus Heck, My spot Rügen!

Haus Heck is a row end house of our small holiday resort "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet village location close to the water. It has its own entrance via the large terrace. We have let the hedges grow a little higher, so you have the view over the 13,000 sqm plot, but also privacy. The house is divided on the ground floor into a loft-like living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates by historical beamwork and the bathroom/WC. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms.

Our vacation farm on Lake Hemmelsdorf is a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorf not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

Our vacation home is located on Lake Schaalsee, in a dreamy little bay surrounded by nature. The modernly furnished terraced house offers 72 sqm of space for the whole family. On a second property (directly on the lake), which you can reach on a short path, you will find a jetty and rowboat which is available to you from May 1 to October. Fishing from the jetty and from the boat is possible. Garden furniture and a bathing ladder are provided. Sauna (extra charge)

Go to the seaside. Take a holiday in a former schoolhouse. Our 100-year-old house is very quietly located in a small village on West Rügen, one of the less touristy corners of Rügen. If you're looking for nature and tranquillity, then you've come to the right place. Small excursions to Hiddensee, Cape Arkona or just a long walk to the sea and in the evening sitting in the sun on our farm or in winter turning on the tiled stove and enjoying a tea.

2. VACATION HOME on the Danish Wieck

The former day laborer's cottage ideally offers space for 2 adults with/without a dog. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the bedroom is possible. If that's not enough, you can book the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults + dog). Those looking for peace and relaxation will get their money's worth in this almost untouched coastal section. Experience gentle tourism amidst enchanting landscapes.
