what a dream! love the spot, could spend months out here. the beautiful stone home is exactly as it appears. the scenery is out of an impressionist painting. nice memory foam mattress. perfect place to disconnect. nice little yard too, parking spot. great running around the sparsely used roads and vineyard. 10/10! :) for WFH people, I used my starlink mini for video calls. the area gets fantastic receptions. recommend you bring a starlink mini to anywhere you go outside of the major cities across Europe.

Maël’s home was absolutely gorgeous, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. An incredibly pristine home full of everything we needed - linens and towels, kitchen basics, toiletries, toys for the kids, everything! The location was wonderful, so peaceful and beautiful. Maël was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had, we will definitely be back!

Our group of 4 spent a few nights at Marie-Laurence's place and we wish we could have stayed much longer. Marie-Laurence is an exceptional host who saved us when our transit failed. Note - you must have a vehicle to stay here, do not rely on prebooked Bolt/Taxis as they are unreliable in such a small village. You can rent a GetAround car in Bordeaux. Marie-Laurence was kind, helpful, and very responsive our entire stay. The home itself is wonderfully appointed, very functional, and a very fun French chateau experience. The grounds, including the friendly horse, are perfect for a stroll. We found the beds very comfortable, and the shower to have good water pressure and temperature. If you drink wine, be sure to try theirs - we enjoyed it at one of the three private outdoor seating areas. We also appreciated being able to play the piano and watch a movie at night. We'll be back someday!

Xavier is a wonderful, responsive host and his unit is great! It is in an excellent location, right near Saint Pierre Square with many, many good cafes and restaurants within a 2-10 min walk. Xavier met us when we arrived and introduced us to all aspects of the apartment. He even took time to recommend various sights you see and great places to eat and drink. His unit is very attractive and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ate breakfast in the unit but had our lunches and dinners out. The washer worked great. Although the unit has no dryer, Xavier has a huge drying rack and many hangers so our clothes dried quickly. We came to the unit by an easy and inexpensive taxi from the train station so cannot comment on the parking availability. Heads up Uber users: if you reserve an Uber ahead of time (like we did on our departure) the charge for the privilege of reserving will be about the same as the fare to the train station—about €14! Highly recommend!
