Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the mill pond in Heldritt. A 3-meter-wide panoramic window gives you unforgettable insights into the animal life at the pond. Via a 30 m³ outdoor terrace with sun loungers and seating, you can get outdoors and enjoy a walk around the pond on over 5,000 square meters. Welcome to our new apartment. It will impress you with its modern and stylish, as well as spacious and well-equipped and comfortable furnishings. We have made every effort to offer you the best possible comfort. The apartment is very quiet with many walking opportunities with some playgrounds for the little guests. You can also walk quickly to the city center as well as take the city bus that stops right at the house.

Quiet first floor apartment in the city center

The apartment has been completely renovated and received new furniture. There is a bathroom with a floor-level shower and a new kitchen that is well equipped. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The bedroom for 2 and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Quiet location! The large garden with several seats behind the house can be used. Parking is available in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available.

Vacation home "Bahnhof 1892" (Meeder)

Ground floor, mostly historically furnished, 60 square metre holiday flat in the former Wiesenfeld station, a former station building of the "Werra-Eisenbahngesellschaft" from 1892 on the line from Coburg to Bad Rodach. Travelling by train is also possible with bicycle transport and direct connection.

Forest Hideout

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.

Resting point on the edge of the field

Our house is located directly on fields, meadows and forests on the edge of the village. The medieval town of Coburg is only 5 km away. The apartment has a large terrace that is directly connected to the large garden. You can rest well here or work remotely!!
