In this typical and authentic Savoyard house, you have a 140 m 2 apartment on the ground floor + 1. It is very well equipped and the volumes are comfortable and bright. Private garden with furniture, plancha, BBQ Bike room. Access to the accommodation is independent of the ground floor, however, in case of additional need for space and beds, it is possible to add up to 3 bedrooms by reserving all or part of the ground floor. I rent my house while I'm away. So there will be personal belongings in the cupboards. It is conveniently located not far from major roads and supermarkets. Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva are 30-40 min by car. The first ski resorts are 30 minutes away. There are 2 other places rented on Airbnb at the same address but totally independent. During school holidays, the accommodations are occupied by families. Everyone has their own space, the entrances are independent.

Welcome to our home, our main residence that we rent during the holidays. Charming house (10 people) recently renovated, with cozy chalet (2 people) in the garden rented together in July/August only. Located in Col de Bluffy, the house is 7 minutes from the lake and 30 minutes from the Aravis ski resorts. Bus (line Y62). Large outdoor garden of 1800 m2 with ping pong table, petanque court and barbecue. 4 x 8 m swimming pool, secured by roller shutter.
