Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the area (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away you can reach the lake and the village centre, where you will find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, tobacconist. A stone house built at the end of the 18th century, whose restoration was completed in 2017, perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility, but also an ideal base to visit the Maggiore and Orta lakes and the Ossola, Formazza valleys and other places of cultural and naturalistic interest.

From the house, places of high tourist interest are easily accessible: Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, Monte Rosa and its valleys, Ticino Park; while Malpensa airport is only 18 km away (20 minutes by car). We will also be happy to offer the necessary assistance so that our guests can make the most of the interesting surrounding area.
