Linda’s place was exactly as described. Very comfortable bed with great linen and an electric blanket. Fantastic shower in a big bathroom with plenty of room. Heaps of space to move around and plenty of closet space. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of beautiful trees. Walking distance to the shops, which I did every morning for a delicious coffee. I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend Linda’s place.

I had a fantastic stay at Susan's place. Susan was a fantastic host and the accommodation was great. Susan has thought of everything needed to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. I would 100% recommend Susan as a host and I hope to stay again in the not too distant future.

We were long-term guests and greatly enjoyed our stay which was overall very good. Others have mentioned a barking dog and we found that this was not much of a problem really - she's not the type who keeps on yapping - just a "woof" or two when someone comes up onto the veranda. We also noted for the hosts attention and to their surprise that the kitchen seemed to have been pilfered. Although we had been content to make do we are sure that the hosts will attend these deficiencies. This home is in a quiet neighbourhood within a 15 minute walk to a train station and good access to cycling and walking paths along the Lower Plenty and Yarra rivers as well as further afield towards Hurstbridge (which, by the way, is a wonderful ride once you get past the busy section towards Eltham).

Christine is the ultimate host. She went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was extremely relaxing and fuss free. Her level of hospitality is comparable to that of a 5 star hotel and far exceeded our expectations. The amenities that Christine provided were extremely generous and contributed to my wife and I not wanting for anything. Christine's garden studio is truly an oasis and perfectly located within walking distance to all local attractions. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to soak up the charms of Melbourne. We hope to have the chance to stay with her again on our next trip to Melbourne.

Very spacious rooms. Can accommodate a whole family of 5. Quiet location which is great for resting at night. Plenty of parking available. The cat was very friendly. The host Lucy had been a great communicator all the way and supported us to answer our queries even after we checked out.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! I was traveling for work and this turned out to be a perfect spot for a solo traveller or a couple.

We had a wonderful time here - the place is exquisite. The decor was beautifully styled and we particularly loved the fireplace and giant bathtub! Every amenity we needed was there waiting for us and it was just a short walk down to Olinda Village and beautiful parklands. This felt like a luxury version of our own home and we hope to come back again next year. Thank you for having us!

Very comfortable cosy accommodation. Easy walk to local cafes, restaurants and bay walk. Donna was very welcoming and a generous host.

Had a magical time staying here ✨️ My partner and I went up for our anniversary and had a great time soaking in the hot tub, going on beautiful local walks and using the outdoor fire 🥰 Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to unwind in nature. Beautiful house and location! We needed a place for a night because we had a wedding to attend nearby and Susan’s place was perfect.

We booked this airbnb because we were visiting a friend in the area. This area is really beautiful and well worth a visit, everything we loved about the nature came together in this airbnb. The hosts arranged this little studio beautifully, and thought about every detail, using the space very efficiently. All was clean and cozy; because of all the windows it feels as if you are right outside in the forest. Michaela surprised us with some delicious muffins and it was nice getting recommendations about the area from her and Mark. We were lucky that our friend took us out everywhere, but we saw that many places we visited were captured in the visitors map and folder. Even if you are new to the area, or like to be surprised, this airbnb has it all. The garden was especially pretty and we heard some of the kookaburras in the morning, along with many other birdsong. It’s centrally located as well, with Tecoma station right around the corner. Percect for escaping Melbourne. Thank you so much!

George and Wendy are very precious. They are so responsive and helpful. The room that we stayed for 7 nights was clean and tidy. There were lot of stuff that we can use to clean and dry our clothes. A nice place to live because it’s peace and strategic. If there is 6 stars in airbnb, i would love to give for george and wendy

Good small space with its own kitchen and bathroom.

One of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed + more. Our pup loved interacting with the other animals. I highly recommend booking Lynne’s place! I will be back.

Went recently for IEM Melbourne at Rod Laver, location was 10 minutes away but was perfect as all you had to do was walk across the bridge. Close to Richmond and Jolimont station so getting there is easy. 10 Minutes away from the CBD and Swan Street so food wasn't a problem. Everything inside was clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable, they had a little book with instructions and recommendations which was really helpful aswell. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone whose visiting the MCG or Rod Laver.

Victor was great! The apartment had a great vibe, high ceilings and exposed brick, everything you need to be comfortable and cook! I loved it. And man Victor went above and beyond, I’m moving to the neighbourhood and he even helped me find an apartment to rent! Great experience, and I’m looking forward to joining his gym too!

This place was perfect for a relaxing weekend, great vibe and location. Had everything you need. Would definitely recommend and I will return for sure. Sandra very lovely and accommodating. 🙏
