Furnished Tourism Rating *** Located in the Concarnoise countryside, 4 Degrees West is a cottage for 1 or 2 people, in eco-building, quiet, in a hamlet, 6 km from the city center of Concarneau, 7 km from the village of Forêt-Fouesnant (Breton Riviera), 3.5 km from the famous GR34, 2 km from the green way Concarneau-Roscoff and 3 km from the RN165. Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Located in Concarneau on the 3rd (no elevator) and top floor of a quiet condominium in the city center, the apartment (70 m2) has a bright living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. You will enjoy a beautiful sea view. Ideally located to enjoy the beach, the Ville Close, the port, restaurants and all the shops of the city center on foot. You will have the opportunity to park in the private parking lot of the residence (allocated space).

Plus près de la mer ? impossible ! Par beau temps ou sous la tempête, peu de gîtes en Bretagne offre une telle proximité avec la mer et le large. Le Département du Finistère ne s'y est pas trompé : il a classé ce lieu en Espace Naturel Protégé. Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...

The accommodation is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small building with four apartments WITHOUT ELEVATOR. It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony with bay view, and a large bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed. Wi-Fi and smart TV. Sleeps 2 people maximum. In the heart of the village, you can do everything on foot. Parking in a small private courtyard. Self check-in with lockbox. Book with my favorite addresses and places.

Cosy and welcoming 4* gîte, beautifully renovated in wood and stone; two bedrooms (can accommodate 2 to 3 people), where you can enjoy comfort and calm in any season. Located between the Aven and Belon rivers, the picturesque port of Rosbras, with its bar-restaurant is at just 750m, the Crêperie la Belle Angèle is a short 5 minute walk away, and the port of Belon (Riec) with its world famous oysters is also nearby.

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is perfect for family vacations. For the months of July and August, we only accept requests by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless requested by you, we charge 10 euros per bed set.

"L'impasse des bibis"... a natural break

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, in a pleasant 40 m2 guest house, new and single-storey with a separate entrance. Ideally located, quiet, between ocean and greenery, halfway between Concarneau (9 km) and Pont-Aven (9 km), at the exit of the village of Trégunc (800 m) and very close to Pointe de Trévignon (5 km).
