Little network on site Sheets & towels €10 pers / cleaning €90 (€120 if + 4 days) Cleaning is done but will not be suitable for "perfectionist" people who look at everything in detail. We will be happy to host you in Kerguen! The proposed gîte is classified as "furnished tourist accommodation 2 **" by the OT 29 organization. It is located in a stone farmhouse and can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. It will be a "resource place" where you will enjoy calm and nature when you return from your getaways. We are ideally located to travel within 30 minutes to various places of interest in this beautiful region of Finistère where all your senses will be awakened!

Located 50 m from the beach and in the heart of the seaside resort of Concarneau, Le Bigorn'O will be the starting point for beautiful walks by the sea. Its brightness, geographical location (shops, restaurants, theater 200 m away), west-facing exposure and comfort will contribute to you having a great vacation. This 2-room apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2022 with new materials and modern furnishings. The living space opens onto a pleasant 9 m² terrace.

Unusual triplex nestled between sky, sea and harbor café in the middle of the pretty 5-star seaside resort of Bénodet in Finistère-Sud. Everything is within walking distance: the port, the beach, the cliff, restaurants, thalassotherapy, the casino, artisanal ice cream, etc. within a radius of 300 m. Ideal triplex for 1 or 2 couples for a city getaway by the sea. Great starting point to explore the South Finistère between Concarneau and the Pointe de La Torche.

The studio is located on the 2nd floor with elevator with a 160° sea view, in the background the Walled Town of Concarneau, 8 km of coastline. You can go to the beach right in front in your swimsuit. Other beaches and coves are 300 m behind. The residence located on the GR34 allows you to go directly on unforgettable hikes. Studio description: 1 balcony, a living room, 1 over-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 1 separate toilet, individual heating.

The accommodation is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small building with four apartments WITHOUT ELEVATOR. It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony with bay view, and a large bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed. Wi-Fi and smart TV. Sleeps 2 people maximum. In the heart of the village, you can do everything on foot. Parking in a small private courtyard. Self check-in with lockbox. Book with my favorite addresses and places.

Nice little quiet duplex house. Parking and private garden. Halfway between Quimper and Lorient. 15 minutes from the beaches of Concarneau and Trévignon. 5 minutes from Pont-Aven. Accommodation with equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. A mezzanine bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Garden area, picnic table, umbrella, deckchairs and barbecue. Next to a tree climbing park within walking distance.

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is perfect for family vacations. For the months of July and August, we only accept requests by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless requested by you, we charge 10 euros per bed set.

Le Moulin de Kérangoc: The Grain Granary

The house, next to ours, is composed of 3 independent cottages. 15 minutes from the first beaches, from the Ville Close de Concarneau, you will appreciate the quiet of the mill. It is nestled in the heart of nature, forest, river, birds... We are timeless. Great place to visit Brittany with all its natural, cultural, and heritage wealth.
