Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Everything is within walking distance: the port, the beach, the cliff, restaurants, thalassotherapy, the casino, artisanal ice cream, etc. within a radius of 300 m. Ideal triplex for 1 or 2 couples for a city getaway by the sea. Great starting point to explore the South Finistère between Concarneau and the Pointe de La Torche.

Nestled at the bottom of the garden, the Ty Neizh (little nest in Breton), awaits you to spend a moment out of time. Romantic and bohemian, the trailer offers a bed for two people (160 x 180) and a small cozy living space. Meals can be taken on the terrace, in the garden or in the trailer. Bathroom and toilet are independent, located in the main house and accessible day and night A breakfast of local products is available for a fee of €5/person.

It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony with bay view, and a large bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed. Wi-Fi and smart TV. Sleeps 2 people maximum. Cosy and welcoming 4* gîte, beautifully renovated in wood and stone; two bedrooms (can accommodate 2 to 3 people), where you can enjoy comfort and calm in any season. Located between the Aven and Belon rivers, the picturesque port of Rosbras, with its bar-restaurant is at just 750m, the Crêperie la Belle Angèle is a short 5 minute walk away, and the port of Belon (Riec) with its world famous oysters is also nearby.

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is perfect for family vacations. For the months of July and August, we only accept requests by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless requested by you, we charge 10 euros per bed set.
