Car road almost all the way to the property; a good 150-metre path in summer. 5 km by ski/snowmobile in winter. Transport can be arranged if required. Installed electricity, water solution with pump for shower, dishwasher, etc. 3 fridges, 1 small freezer compartment.

Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Our traditional cottage with gras roof has all modern facilities with kitchen and bathroom in the new basement. Scenic views of river valley. Located on a farm with lots of animals: sheep, horses, cats, hens, rabbits and a peacock. Great hiking and fishing! The cottage is in three stories; bedrooms on the top floor and bathroom/kitchen in the basement, with stairs in between. Not suitable for everyone, but for those who dont mind stairs the cottage offers a cozy and charming atmosphere!

Huset er en kort bil- eller togtur unna Trondheim og den berømte lakseelva Gaula ligger like ved. Det er plass til å parkere flere biler, samt montert el-billader i garasje.
