Holiday rentals with a patio in Melhus Municipality

Clean room in a large fully equipped apartment. Elin stayed up late because of my unexpectedly late arrival (a mixup with my car navigation system), which I appreciated. Far more affordable than comparable places in Trondheim. Recommended.

We were well received by Sylvia, very nice. The apartment is cozy and satisfies all our needs. Good information, clean and well-maintained home. We would be happy to come back at a later date.

We wanted to be close to my daughter who goes to school near Melhus, Ida's apartment was perfectly located. Ida was easy to communicate with, responded quickly to questions we had. She made arrangements for us to have a wonderful stay. The apartment is only a 5 min walk from both shops, train station and bus terminal. We found several hiking areas that are available, also in autumn/winter close to the apartment. We went for a cozy walk in the sunshine on Sagastien - was 11 km in total. The apartment is well equipped, we felt at home. We invited my daughter to visit and cooked a cozy dinner and Sunday breakfast. We would love to come back another time.

Nice host and good location if you consider outside the Trondheim city - quite easy to find and reach with a car. The house was very clean when we arrived. The air condition was switched on and we felt cozy when we entered inside from cold outside. There were enough bedrooms for all us 6 adults. Everything needed for us was provided - bed linens and towels. There was beeping of the fire monitoring system in the kitchen when we were boiling water but there was clear instructions how reset it.

Nice and well equipped apartment in a good location, about 10 minutes walk to Tronheim Torg. Very good and tidy dialogue with Evelyn throughout the process. Absolutely an apartment and host that is recommended.

Very good stay with my son in the accommodation, nice decor, small terrace, nice, recent neighborhood, pleasant, close to the commercial center of Solsiden and the city center.

Wow and wow!! Really great apartment and perfect location! We could not have enjoyed it more. Everything was clean, neat and just as described. The host was very nice and helpful both with questions and facilitation. A little tip for improvement: It would have been great with curtains or some kind of shielding in front of the window, so that you can sleep a little longer without waking up from the sun. Otherwise: 10/10, would definitely recommend🤩

Another brilliant stay in the apartment. Tidy, clean and pleasant space with pleasant host who responds quickly to everything we wonder about. Highly recommended.
