The cabin is located by the Gaulosen nature reserve, only 20 minutes from Trondheim. One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping accommodation for 4 people. Øysand Camping with a kiosk, café and activities is within walking distance. A grocery store and fast charging for electric cars are located about 10 minutes away. Pets are welcome by arrangement.

Modernisation is underway, so the photos will be updated as each one is completed. 3 double beds inside the main cabin. 1 double bed and a family bunk bed in the annex. Car road almost all the way to the property; a good 150-metre path in summer. 5 km by ski/snowmobile in winter. Transport can be arranged if required. Installed electricity, water solution with pump for shower, dishwasher, etc. 3 fridges, 1 small freezer compartment.

Come and enjoy the peace at Ler. The entire house will be yours during your stay. We have three good bedrooms, with the possibility of a double bed in all rooms. There are also sprinkler beds in two of the rooms. We also have three mattresses that can be added to accommodate a maximum of 9 people plus two small children. The house is a short car or train ride from Trondheim and the famous salmon river Gaula is nearby. There is space to park several cars, as well as an installed electric car charger in the garage.
