Swimming pool, external shower, sun covered and wind protected furnished 500 sq/m terrace with three built in sofas and two built in dinning tables for twelve and eight per’s , sun shaded deck chairs. Surround music speakers , dimmer controlled lighting .Outside bar with sink, mini bar and stools , 2 BBQs , (one with coal and one with gas ) and an open-air oven ( working with wood ) and a kitchen sink . Nearest Airport : athens at 30 Kilometres Nearest Beach : at 2 Kilometres Car: necessary (Private parking at villa's permisses) 50 Kms from Athens , 30 Kms from airport Located only 2,5 Km from the main port (Korissia) , and 6 from Vourkari port. Are you seeking heaven? You will find it at the very end of the picturesque beach of Otzias, 5km from the port of Kea. A unique bungalow, in an incredible location, right by the sea, only 33steps from your very own beach-rock! The access to the sea couldn't be any easier, you could actually fish from the porch. This private mini beach seems like a dream, as it is a luxury rarely found at budget prices, but it is all very real. The studio is completely private &autonomous offering gripping views.

The villa is in the area of Melisski, 7 minutes from the port. Sea water swimming pool. Access to a small bay where you can dive into the water, 2 minute walk. sea view, complete privacy on the terrace and the house. 5 bedrooms, one with 2 sets of bunk beds. Ideal house for 2 families. sleeps up to 12 people. Beautiful sandy beach of Xyla is 5 minutes away (by car). Please note: the Greek Government has added a Tax of 10 euro per day for Climate Change, we have added it as Tourism tax.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

My place, called "Ellinika", is a traditional residence with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Large terrace with pergola sunny and cool.A quiet alternative location, protected by environmental organizations.Friendly people, in the surrounding houses, family (URL HIDDEN) area is suitable for couples, activities for one person, families (with children) and pets. Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.
