Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Auch ein Fön und ein Minitressor ist vorhanden. Vom Erkerwohnzimmer mit einer Holzdecke aus dem Jahre 1568 blicken sie direkt auf die Fußgängerzone. Die Stufen der Sechergasse neben dem Haus führen direkt zu unserem berühmten Stift Melk.

Die Unterkunft liegt Mitten in Krems. 500m entfernt vom Bahnhof und 400m entfernt vom Stadtzentrum Krems. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Parkplätze vor dem Haus, schräg gegenüber sowie rund um die grüne Insel gebührenfrei vorhanden.. 5G WLAN!!! Sowie ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder im Hof.

Sie finden hier ein separates Schlafzimmer und eine sehr geräumige Wohnküche mit weiterem Schlafzimmer und Balkon. 1 Gästeparkplatz ist vorhanden. Unser Haus ist 3km von der nächsten Bahnstation entfernt, Wien ist 50km entfernt. Gäste aus allen Ländern sind uns willkommen !
