It is elevated, off a lightly traveled road, in an idyllic, quiet valley with horses, wildlife and small forests. Not far away is a small wooden house where I live and adjacent is an orchard for snacking. Everything is DIY, with a lot of love and simplicity and has alpine hut flair. Graz center 17 km and a lovely natural pond just 3 km away.

it is twelve minutes from the tram station and train ,there are two large shopping malls within five minutes by car and the center of Graz by car ten minutes and to the airport five kilometers. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little football with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility to rent 1 or 2 bicycles.
