Holiday rentals in Mellitz

Everything was great except that the house smelled a little bit.

It is a spacy apartment with all facilities you may need for a great stay. It was extremely clean even though the furniture is classic. The communication with Ute was excellent. Very reactive and extremely good tips making our stay the best possible way. The one thing that could be improved is the comfort of the bed which was not the best (old), but not a reason to give less than 5 stars for the host, the accommodation and its location. We would recommend this place for anybody that like to enjoy Cortina or for the splendid hikes in the area.

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.

Die Unterkunft war für uns als Familie mit älteren Kindern sowie Hunden wirklich perfekt. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral, um fussläufig einen Park bzw. den Chiemsee zu erreichen. Gstadt ist ein schönes Örtchen mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Essen und entspannen und der Möglichkeit, diverse Sportaktivitäten zu nutzen. Und man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten wieder an der Wohnung, die einen traumhaften Blick auf den See bietet.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Johannes und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Von der Wohnung aus lassen sich schöne Spaziergänge am Millstätter See oder zum anliegende Mirnock unternehmen. In unserer Aufenthaltszeit haben wir im Home Office gearbeitet und da reichte uns ein Router nicht aus. Das Problem wurde direkt von der netten Dame im Haus gelöst, indem uns ein weiterer Router zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, einfach nur toll!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in den PREMIUM APARTMENTS Seekirchen sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war modern, sauber und bestens ausgestattet – von der voll eingerichteten Küche bis hin zum gemütlichen Wohnbereich. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, gleichzeitig aber auch die Nähe zu Salzburg. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert, und der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Apartments uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Traumhafte Umgebung und Aussicht. Aus dem Balkon konnte man den ganzen Tal sehen. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und sauber. Die Küche hatte alles was benötigt wird. Ein Ordner mit Informationen zum Ort hat weiter geholfen. Direkt hinter Haus beginnt der Wald. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub bei Oliver. Gerne bald wieder

We loved everything about this home. It was very easy to get to and Dr. Brigitte was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment itself was very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains. There was a grocery store just around the corner. There were also multiple bus stops just outside the house that took us everywhere we wanted to go and was super easy to use. One of our favorite things was the heated floor in the bathroom, which feels luxurious in the winter.
