Two bedroom cabin, large living room and garden immersed in the greenery of nature. Reachable about 20 minutes on foot from Albogasio superior (650 meters on foot, difference in height (from parking) 200 meters approx.). Free parking at the foot of the climb. The house is close to Switzerland and Porlezza and is not far from the lake and some refreshing rivers (you have to get off the climb to reach them). From the cabin some interesting excursions start. Our cottage is ideal for a couple. Most small places for two will be apartments - here you will be in the heart of a unique traditional village on the Lake, but living in your own private chalet with lovely outdoor space and uninterrupted views. The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.
