Woodpecker cabin secluded in lovely Dorset forest

Cabin located in a secluded woods in Dorset, en-suite bathroom and shower. The cabin has underfloor heating and a TV with Netflix it has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer hob and oven. The cabin is under two oaks and is very picturesque and is completely on its own. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with access to a great range of footpaths and pub a short walk away.There are a herd of friendly local deer on site that you can be introduced too, we do not allow dogs

Idyllic detached retreat in Shapwick village.

“Surely the best turned out Potting Shed in England”.... from Alastair Sawday’s book “Go Slow England”. The ‘Potting Shed’ is completely separate to our own 400-year-old family home. As guests you have your own entrance door and key to enable you to come and go as you please. It is a charming, safe and secure, quietly situated double room with modern en-suite. Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Take it easy at this unique rural getaway. Picturesque walks and vistas on the doorstep with easy access to local bus routes and tourist attractions. We are situated on the outskirts of the thriving and popular independent market town of Frome, near Orchardleigh. Please note we have reduced week day prices during the Summer (June to end of August) because, whilst we do not think it will effect visitors, building work is scheduled in the neighbouring property.
