Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Family home (wheelchair accessible) in the countryside

This family home for 5 generations (1865), completely renovated between 2023 and 2025. The work has transformed it into a modern residence, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay, including for people with reduced mobility (armchair). Also enjoy its bioclimatic veranda (2025) or its wood-burning stove (living room) and gas stove (veranda), which is highly appreciated during the cold season. All amenities within walking distance: grocery store, post office, café, tobacco shop, bakery.

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Majèle's refuge is a property located in La Chapelle Saint André, 5 km from Varzy, 45 km from Sancerre golf course, 30 km from the medieval site of Guédelon, 40 km from the Basilica of Vézelay and close to the Étang du Bourdon, Saint-Fargeau, Saint-Amand and 60 km from Nevers or Auxerre. Guests can enjoy its pond for fishing and the many hiking trails. A shelter is available for all 2-wheelers.
