Monthly Rentals in Mercatale in Val di Pesa

The photos don't do the place justice. It is a really incredible place to stay and relax. It was absolutely spotless. A great base if you have a car and want to visit Florence, San Giminagno, Siena etc. The only downside is there is no sound insulation so if you have a noisier neighbour above you and you are sensitive to noise this could be an issue. We stayed 10 days and the apartment has all you need (except an oven) to holiday for 2 people. The coop in Mercatale has most things though is closed in the afternoon. The coop in San Cascacino is incredibly well stocked.

Anna is a superb host! She made us feel welcome from the first minute of our arrival. Her warmth and generosity of her time and knowledge of the property and the surrounding towns were truly special. We loved each minute of our stay on this working olive farm with a history that goes back to the 13th century. And, the views of the surrounding Tuscany vistas are unbelievable. The breakfast served in the morning was one of our favorite meals during our entire trip in Italy. Highly recommend!

Barbara welcomed us very well and was a very nice and friendly person, received us with a bottle of wine, an excellent host! We were perfectly indicated the places in Firenze with complete accuracy, which favored us because we were by car. The apartment is very good, better than the photos, one of the best Airbnb I've ever stayed with. We were in four people and we liked it very much!
