STUNNING DETACHED HOUSE WITH GARDEN

La Llosa del Valle is a very comfortable house of new construction but made with recycled hardwoods and very bright due to the large windows facing south. It is very warm and cozy... It is located on a private estate and has its own completely independent and closed private garden and parking. The view of the Picos de Europa is spectacular. It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.

Situada a 50 metros de la playa con espectaculares vistas al mar y a la montaña, en un entorno natural espectacular lleno de playas con arena fina, montañas, acantilados y vegetación exuberante. La calidad de la arquitectura, la orientación sur, la relación con el entorno natural y la cercanía a la playa hacen que esta sea una casa única. Además, esta solo a 5 minutos en coche de Llanes o Posada y a 50 minutos en coche de Oviedo o Santander.

Traditional Asturian farmhouse. Country house for 8 people.

Two-story house with 4 double bedrooms (3 with a double bed and 1 with two 105 cm beds). Built in what was the stable, maintaining fidelity to traditional architecture, using stone and wood as the main elements. Fully equipped with everything you need so you don't miss anything from home. A living room with a fireplace, a large dining table, and two porches with chairs and a table. It also has a barbecue on the large porch.

Nice 2 bedroom house 12 km from the beach

Madre Rosa II is enclosed on the wall shared with Madre Rosa I. The house is distributed on 2 floors separated by a spiral staircase with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and a bathroom with shower, the double bedroom (with 1.35 bed) and the two bed (90) on the second floor. At the entrance you can enjoy the outdoors thanks to the table and chairs In the surroundings you can normally park without problem.
