Take a breath at Peakes Brook Cabin, our cozy and private cabin on a pond, with the brook steaming beside it. Our beloved property is perfect for couples needing to escape the city, decompress and deplug. You're minutes to charming Delhi and other Catskill villages, with nature all around. We are very excited to announce that our cabin has a huge upgrade as of Spring '25. We now have a full bathroom with running water! A project over 3 years in the making. (Stayed tuned for new pics)

Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Feeling all at once close to town center and yet completely enveloped in mountaintop thicket, this idyllic perch above Bovina sets the scene for many a cozy adventure - snowshoeing and fireside cider in the winter, and outdoor showers, hiking and porch hanging in the summer. If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
