Our home is a quarter mile from a railroad crossing (and this is a community built around the railroad) so you may hear trains going by. Most people find it charming, quaint and pretty typical of a small town. Kids love it. Little three bedroom two bath house .5 miles from downtown Pine Mountain. We are working on fixing up the house as we can. It is a work in progress. It is an old house.Please only book if you are easy going as this is not the Hilton. The road is a bumpy gravel road to get to the house. The neighborhood is friendly and safe but not a fancy neighborhood so if you are uncomfortable in not wealthy neighborhoods you may choose to stay somewhere where you'll be more comfortable.

This quaint home was built in 1953 and we have designed it as a quiet getaway spot for our family. The Killian family has ties to the local history and FDR in Warm Springs. Now we are opening it up for others to enjoy. Please be aware that it is set-up as a retreat! There is a hotspot set up in the house for computers, but there are no T.V.s.
