My accommodation is close to woods and trails in a quiet location with pleasant outdoor spaces. Comfortable private parking right below the house. It is suitable for couples, families with children and animals. It is on the ground floor, and can accommodate people with walking problems. In the heart of VALSESIA, a few kilometers from Lake d 'Orta and Maggiore, 5 km from Varallo Sesia, a city of art with Sacred Mountain and Pinacoteca. 40 km from the MONTEROSASKI resort for summer winter skiing and high and medium mountain hikes.

The house on the lake: relaxation and meditative tranquility, Orta

Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Siamo felici di ospitarvi nel nostro appartamento, è situato al terzo e quarto piano di una palazzina di recente costruzione. Si trova in una zona tranquillissima immersa nel verde e con una vista di 180º sull'incantevole lago d'Orta. Io sono Matteo e gestisco questa locazione insieme a mia moglie Francesca. Abitiamo a 10 minuti di distanza e siamo felici di consigliarvi mete e destinazioni dei nostri meravigliosi luoghi. E' necessario essere automuniti.
