House holiday rentals in Mermaid Beach

I have stayed at Cody's house for 3 years now. Cody is always fantastic with communication and responds to any minor problems. The house is very conveniently located and easy to access the northern or southern Gold Coast areas and it is very close to Robina Town Centre which is a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Had an awesome weekend stay at this Gold Coast spot! The place was clean, stylish, and super comfy — exactly like the photos. Loved the big open living area and breezy veranda, perfect for kicking back after a day out. The pool was a winner too, especially in the warm weather. Location was quiet but still close enough to everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was smooth the whole time. Would 100% stay again!

Joy’s place was great for a big group. Close to the beach, only 10 minutes away from Burleigh. Very close to the shops. Amenities provided was much appreciated, and very kids friendly.

Awesome mini getaway. House was amazing. The slide, size of the block, Putt putt, park next door and beach so close made it so easy to amuse 6 kids ranging from 14 to 18 months old. We had 3 teenage boys, no technology and didn’t hear I am bored once. Thanks for the amazing weekend. We will be using you again and coming back to the property in the future.

This place was beautiful, from the moment you walked in the front gate it was nothing but excellent, facilities were everything and more, from having everything to cook a home made meal or order in within minutes, this place and its hosts are nothing short of incredible, from myself and the crew thank you for opening up your place to us. We had the pleasure of staying for 3-nights at this beautiful house. Michelle was super helpful with check-in information, prior to us getting to the property! The place was very secluded, however, had everything we needed to make us feel at home! The pool & porch, was thoroughly enjoyed by our whānau (family.) Nice & local to the supermarket, cafe & petrol station. Would definitely stay here again, if we visit the Gold Coast again! Thank you Michelle for hosting our whānau 💛

Beautiful house which has got everything for a quiet peaceful retreat from everyday life. Highly recommend, Bonnie is a fantastic host.

The space is great for a family to enjoy. The kids loved the pool, mini golf and massive bath tub. It’s very close to pacific fair so you can easily walk over there for anything you need.

Nicole and Graham's place was absolutely stunning. Despite the stormy weather for much of our stay, we were toasty with the fire and adored the views. I could not recommend their place highly enough - an absolutely stunning and comfortable place in the beautiful GC Hinterland.

The property was perfection for a holiday stay!! Everything was just right, the pool and back view was amazing. It was in a great area where everything was easy to get to. The host is absolutely outstanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍

Stayed as a family of 7 adults for a family wedding and the house was fantastic - so well appointed and in a great location. Great suggestions of places to eat and things to do! So close to the beach and cafes! Felt right at home and the amenities were 5 star! Easy to access and just a great spot for a relaxing stay!

Location was great if you have boat for pontoon. Our first night the neighbours were having a party and kept us up but other than that it was a great couple days away

We had a wonderful stay at Kristy's beautiful property, the whole family enjoyed our time there. The house is wonderful and so nicely appointed. But the best part was Kristy, she was so helpful to us and is the perfect host. We'll be back!

Excellent family holiday home! Our family had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with the property. The house is super spacious and well furnished. The butler's kitchen and small outdoor fridge helped a lot with lots of people sharing the house. There were minor defects here and there, such as missing tiles in the pool, but this should be expected with such a large family home.

Our host Pete went above and beyond to insure our stay was perfect. We had a small intimate wedding at the house. The amenities, kitchen and abundant living areas were very well appointed, which made the whole experience seamless. The house was immaculate with beautiful bathrooms. We cannot thank Pete enough for his support and caring attention to us. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact, we are planning our next family reunion at the house next year. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your townhouse. We were there for work commitments, so didn’t need any tourist information, but location was perfect for us. We found the accommodation very comfortable, very clean, very quiet & easy to access, enough space for 4 adults. Instructions were very clear to check in & check out. Would definitely recommend.

We had seen this place on prior holidays and just had to stay there. The location is elite. A literal 15 second walk and you’re on the beach. We loved the accessibility to take frequent swims without all the admin that can go with getting to the beach! This place also has a very elegant aesthetic. Bathrooms are especially beautiful. Single story is advantageous so too is the little garden (we had a toddler with us). Loved the keyless entry and the air con in each room and fancy big tv. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay again.

Great Location, Great House, Great Host

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful English-style house! It was the perfect setting for a group getaway—spacious, stylish, and so well-equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more). The surrounding nature was absolutely magical. We spent our mornings with a coffee in hand, listening to the creek running and the birds singing—so peaceful and grounding. The whole place had such a calm and welcoming energy, and it made our time together truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a little slice of nature in total comfort. We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at Tiffany’s home around our wedding and it could not have been more perfect for us and our family. There was no detail spared and, quite frankly, had more homely touches than our own home! Walking distance to the beach, spacious and spotless home, beautiful spa and pool, and brilliant communication - all made for a wonderful stay.
