This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Cosy and self-contained studio in Preston, just steps from Merri Creek, shops, and playgrounds. Enjoy a relaxing stay with a comfy queen bed, a kitchenette and a small bathroom. Overlooking a peaceful backyard, it’s a perfect retreat with easy access to local amenities and natural beauty. Please note that there are steps leading into the studio, and that the bathroom is compact, which may be challenging for individuals with mobility limitations or those who prefer more spacious accommodations.

Set in the property of a 1914 Arts and Craft primary school house, the cottage, with its own private patio & separate street access (255-A), maintains this style with the comforts of today. Brunswick East Cottage is located near Ceres and the Merri Creek with bike paths, birds & wildlife. Walking distance from East Brunswick Village with cinema, restaurants, brewery & supermarket. The iconic Lomond Hotel is just around the corner. The 96 tram takes you to the city centre & St. Kilda Beach.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

Want to stay close to the city but not in it? This apartment is perfect for you, only 6 km from the city in an excellent central location that is close to Anstey train station (on the Upfield line) and No.19 tram route from Sydney Road.

A sweet, comfortable, private light-filled studio opening onto a small courtyard. Located in the heart of Northcote, only minutes from the High Street cafes, bars, music venues and public transport, this studio is suitable for one or two people. The studio is in the garden, has its own private entrance, wifi, an ensuite bathroom, some kitchen facilities, shared BBQ and outdoor eating setting. Occasionally at night you might see or hear native possums running across the roof.

Rustic backyard cottage in East Brunswick

This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly. The cottage is fully self-contained, kitchenette, frig, microwave, electric plug in hotplate, shower, toilet, WIFI, table & chairs, linen, Electric blanket, no TV. There will be some further notes to orientate you upon arrival.

The Old Stables

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.

Just a few doors down from the iconic Northcote Social Club this modern and private self-contained accommodation is perfect for the solo traveller or couple. Conveniently located to the many bars and cafes that line High Street or for quick and convenient access to the city. A short walk to Northcote railway station and the 86 tram is at your doorstep.
