House on Lake Hainer for 12 people with sauna + fireplace

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The house is located in Zschernitz, a quiet village hosted by a small family business in a caring and warm atmosphere. The house is perfect for relaxing stays. The quiet area, as well as the connection to the motorway which is so far that you won't hear any noice but nicely connected for travelers to reach it by car.(10 minutes) Sightseeing in Leipzig and Halle is possible with a 25 minute drive. On request horse riding for kids or sauna are bookable per hour.

A cosy, well-kept room in a 3-storey villa (listed building) in a green suburb of Leipzig. The house is located in the heart of Markkleeberg, between Cospudener See & Markkleeberger See(10 min by bike). The city center of Leipzig can be reached in 12 minutes by S-Bahn (station 3 minutes away). The room is located in an apartment on the 2nd floor with garden view and has two single beds, a workspace & closets. Gastronomy within 200m, covered bike place
