Excellent apartment. We feel safe because he has 24hrs guard and they ask you for your ID to check that you are who has booked. It has everything described. It was cold and warm portable nos came great. I'd gladly book again

Excellent stay, very available host to answer any questions. Very beautiful and clean room. The location is perfect, all close by. And the amenities of the condo are first. I highly recommend and when to return to Tijuana I will certainly stay again at this Airbnb.

Very contemporary, centrally located

It was a very quiet stay. A cozy place, I travel a lot, I would like to stay again.

The place has everything you need, clean and very well decorated. Close to downtown but not close enough to be bothered by the noise surrounding that area, easy and quick access to the main roads that will connect you to anywhere in the city. Also really close to the San Ysidro port of entry. Great place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, had strong wifi and had everything I needed. You can hear the music from Las Pulgas so you might want to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

My family and I felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. I would definitely come back.

This Airbnb was exactly as described. It is new, very clean, and well maintained. It’s located in the neighborhood of Cacho, a very safe and walkable neighborhood. The unit is about a 8-10 minute walk away from a grocery store so it’s very convenient if you want to cook, but there are also several highly rated and reputable restaurants within the neighborhood. The ICON building is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. The neighborhood is residential so we felt very safe to walk around and it was also quiet in the evenings. Daniel, our host, was very responsive whenever we sent him questions and he made everything super easy, from check in to check out. This is a favorite stay for us in Tijuana and we will definitely be back!

By far the best place in TJ! Would highly recommend. The place felt right at home and opens up to a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely clean and easy to access. Will be staying here every time!

At first Luis wasn’t responding much but once the day arrived he was extremely helpful, responsive and very accommodating. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Location is good and felt safe in a gated community. Every room had a bathroom the rooms are big and lots of space. Parking in front of the house was available no issues.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb over the weekend! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the ocean, waking up to that every morning was unforgettable. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ignat’s place was great! It was very clean with nice furniture and decor. The complex was very dog friendly which we appreciated. The pool and gym areas were fantastic, but the pool wasn’t heated. We were there for 2 weeks and the home had everything we needed- the office was especially nice to have! Ignat was very easy to communicate with

González and his aunt are amazing! I messaged them before making the revervation, when they replied they even gave me a last minute special discount. The Airbnb is located right off the freeway, pharmacy / mini market, a fresh tortilla place, seafood restaurant and more within walking distance. The apartment is amazing, nice and cool, didn’t even need to turn on the air condition. Two beautiful kitchens, cozy rooms, bathtub and showers. It was just me and my son but next time I’ll definitely bring 2-4 more people. I’ll be booking with them frequently since I bring Pro Boxers to TJ and Rosarito to fight. If you’re looking to be away from the city in the middle of TJ and Rosarito, this is definitely for you. It’s only 12-15 to TJ and about 7-10 min to Rosarito. Pool is great also, enjoy!!!

Very beautiful house with many locations nearby to go hang out, the home itself was very cozy we would love to stay again

We had a great time, great family home, host is very responsive. Only thing is on your way out reach out to the host with time to get the gate open. We had to ask a neighbor to open for us because we didn’t let the host know what time we were leaving.

Had a great stay at this hip-hop-themed apartment! The graffiti artwork and attention to detail really made the space feel unique. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, and being in a gated community added a sense of security. A couple of things that could be improved: the shower pressure was quite low, and the bed sheets had a very strong detergent smell. Otherwise, it was a cool and stylish place to stay. Would recommend for anyone who appreciates hip-hop culture

We had a larger group- host was super responsive. Quiet culdesac with a private guard/gated. Lots of stairs! Would stay here again!
